I am currently doing small batch baking from home in Surrey. I am food safe certified, but just as a disclaimer I am not in a commercial kitchen yet, nor am I a formal business yet. However, hopefully with enough traction and monetary support I can rent out a commercial kitchen and build from there!

They are best consumed within 7 days. FYI Matcha will oxidize very quickly. They are still edible, but I would suggest to consume within 4-5 days.
